Urban Baby Apparel Shipping Information

All Urban Baby clothing items are shipped from Victoria BC. We offer flat rate shipping within Canada and free shipping over $150. Items are shipped without tracking or insurance. If you require these please contact us for a shipping quote.

Urban Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Custom fees during shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

 If you reside in the greater Victoria area and would prefer to pick up your order, pick up is available in Sooke. Please use code PICKUP at checkout to save on shipping costs.

Urban Baby Apparel Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your items and keep coming back. I will happily exchange unworn items with original tags attached for in stock items or store credit. Do to the limited nature of our stock a size exchange may not always be possible please refer to the sizing charts to ensure a great fit.

Warning and Disclaimer

Our bibdanas and scarfs are made for children over the age of 6 months. Never leave your child unsupervised while wearing and remove for sleep. Any item worn around the neck can be a potential choking or suffocation hazard and should only be used under a customers own discretion.  Urban Baby is not liable for injury while using these products.
